Six Sigma Applied Methods

This presentation outlines the application of Six Sigma methods in two areas:


First, the basic process for creating SOPs provides checkpoints and allows for measurement of the process. Since measurements can be taken during the process (rather than at the end), corrections or changes can be made early so time is not wasted.


Second, it includes an example of a basic Six Sigma analysis which reveals a possible problem with certain assumptions about product deliveries.
