With ecommerce taking center-stage and not slowing down, there are any number of issues. Ordering, Fulfilment, Delivery, Stocking all play a role. How a traditional brick-and-mortar business might navigate these changes is a question. On the retail side, sales via a web site look different than sales from foot-traffic. The presentation of products to the consumer is different, too. There are so very many opportunities to present “something else” to the consumer.
