Santishi

Santishi (三体式)can be translated as “three points practice” or “three body stance.” It is fundamental to xingyi, for stance training and for the qigong practice that goes with. The hands, feet and head are connected. The centers along the small and large heavenly circle are joined, the qi circulates through them and within the lower tan tian.

In this video, Terri provides an introduction to Santishi, including placement and position requirements.
