Wudang Qigong takes it’s name from the Wudang Mountains in central China. They are a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the many 16th century Taoist temples built there.

These videos are intended to teach and demonstrate each movement. Step-by-step instruction for all aspects of practice is included.

Currently, we have two live sessions. Beginning and Advanced.

The Beginning sets are on Thursday. They are recorded to the Beginning Wudang Qigong 1-9 playlist on our YouTube site.

The Advanced sets are on Friday. They are recorded to the Advanced Wudang Qigong 10-18 playlist on our YouTube site.
