Early Morning Qigong
This class is for those who want an alternative early morning workout focused on calming the mind and gently conditioning the body. Those who are up early, getting ready to start their day, and want to do some exercise, but not a heavy workout. Qigong practice is a good alternative. It has the added benefit of including exercises to clear the mind as well as develop qi and regulate the breath.
This class is an ongoing learning/practice session. I’ll cover the basics every time, we’ll work on specific exercises over time, and I’ll add more details from time to time. So no need to worry about getting a set ‘right’ the first time or missing a class. Just come back for the next session and try again. And breathe.

I will be teaching sets from the traditional 18 movements of Wudang qigong. These classes are recorded are available for later viewing via our YouTube channel. Each class lasts about 30 minutes.
